Field Operations That Actually Talk to Replicon

Replicon tracks your workforce's time. Matidor tracks your field. Connect the two so project hours and labor cost data from Replicon flow into Matidor automatically, and your operations team can manage workforce costs alongside every other field expense in one place.

Replicon Knows Where Your Workforce Hours Go. It Does Not See What Happens Between the Timesheets.

Replicon is an enterprise-grade, AI-powered time tracking and workforce management platform built for mid-to-large project-based organizations. It captures billable hours, manages global labor compliance, and connects to ERP and payroll systems with precision. For organizations managing workforce time and billing, it is a reliable system of record.

Field operations are a different story. When your teams are working across remote sites, Replicon timesheet data is only part of the budget picture. There are third party contractor costs, flow through expenses, site-level field purchases, and on-the-ground exceptions that never make it into a timesheet. Project managers are left reconciling workforce cost reports from Replicon with spreadsheets and emails just to understand true project budget status.

The result is a gap between what your workforce management system tracks and what your operations team needs to manage. Labor is accounted for. Everything happening at the site level is not.

Matidor closes that gap. It pulls project time and labor cost data from Replicon into a field-friendly workspace, then lets your team track the additional costs that live outside the time tracking system, so you can manage to the real project budget, not just the approved hours.

What Is Matidor?

Matidor is a GIS-native field operations platform built for teams managing multi-site projects in industries like environmental consulting, oil and gas, construction, and infrastructure. It runs on desktop and mobile, works offline at remote sites, and gives project managers a real-time view of every site's status, budget, and activity from a single map.

Four things it does:

1. Location Intelligence

Every project in your portfolio appears on an interactive map with real-time status, budget health, and active field work by site. The geographic context that tables and dashboards cannot provide. Learn more

2. Project Management

Portfolio dashboards show every project's health at a glance. Custom workflows enforce consistency across field teams. Monthly reporting generates in minutes instead of days. Learn more

3. Budget and Cost Control

Real-time budget tracking with automated alerts at 70%, 90%, and 100% of thresholds. Every cost tracked in Matidor updates your project budget instantly, no spreadsheets, no delays. Learn more

4. Field Operations

Mobile apps built for remote work. Field teams capture GPS-tagged photos, complete digital forms, and log costs offline. Everything syncs when connection returns. Learn more
When connected to Replicon, project time and labor cost data flows into Matidor automatically so your operations team can track field exceptions and additional costs in context, without changing how workforce time is managed.

Workforce Data From Replicon

Project time entries and labor cost data sync from Replicon into Matidor automatically. Operations always works with the same workforce cost data that finance and billing use.

Operational Layer On Top Of Workforce Tracking

Replicon remains the system of record for billable hours, payroll, and labor compliance. Matidor adds the operational layer for field costs that never appear in a timesheet.

GIS Visibility Replicon Does Not Include

Every Replicon project appears on a live Matidor map with budget status and field activity by site. The geographic context your workforce management platform cannot provide.

Your Workforce Management System Sees the Hours. Your Project Managers Need the Whole Budget.

Replicon is where your billable hours, labor costs, and workforce compliance data live. That is exactly how it should be. But field project budgets are never just labor. There are third party services, flow through expenses, equipment costs, and field purchases that do not belong in a timesheet and never make it into a workforce management system cleanly.

Right now, those costs live in spreadsheets, emails, or someone's memory. Project managers try to combine Replicon reports with their own tracking just to understand real budget status. Finance sees clean time logs and labor allocations, but not the full operational picture at each site.

Matidor is where those two worlds meet. Replicon sends project time and labor cost data into Matidor. Your team logs only the additional costs that are not tracked in Replicon. The result is a complete view of every project's true budget in one place, organized by site, visible on a map.

How Matidor and Replicon Work Together

Replicon stays in charge of your workforce timesheets, billing, and compliance. Matidor gives operations a clear view of everything that sits alongside and on top of the logged hours.

Step 1: Connect your Replicon account

Link Matidor to your Replicon account using your existing project structures and cost codes. No custom development required for the native integration. See all integrations

Step 2: Project time and labor cost data syncs into Matidor

Time entries, labor hours, and project cost context sync from Replicon into Matidor. By default, Matidor groups this synced data into two clear buckets for budget context: Labor and Expenses. You do not rebuild your project or workforce structure. Matidor aligns to what already exists in Replicon.

Step 3: Field teams log exceptions in Matidor

Field crews and project managers use Matidor to log costs that do not live in Replicon, such as third party services, flow through expenses, and site-specific field costs. These entries can use any categories you define inside Matidor, so you can track them at the level of detail your operations require.

Step 4: Replicon remains the source of truth

Replicon continues to own all billable time entries, workforce compliance records, and payroll data. Matidor mirrors the labor cost context from Replicon and adds the extra operational costs on top, giving your operations team a complete budget picture without changing how workforce time is managed.

What You Get When Both Platforms Are Connected

01

Feature 1

Track Field Exceptions On Top Of Workforce Actuals

Replicon remains the system of record for billable hours and labor costs. Matidor pulls in that data, then lets your team track additional costs that never touch a timesheet, such as third party and flow through expenses. You see the real operational budget, not just the workforce hours.

02

Feature 2

Simple Labor And Expenses Buckets For Synced Data

By default, Matidor groups data synced from Replicon into two clear buckets for budget context: Labor and Expenses. This keeps reporting clean and manageable for most teams. If your organization needs more granular groupings that mirror complex cost codes or a detailed chart of accounts structure, the Matidor development team can configure a custom integration that introduces additional categories for imported data.

03

Feature 3

Flexible Categories For Matidor-Only Costs

Costs entered directly in Matidor that do not live in Replicon can use any categories you define. You are not limited to Labor and Expenses for these entries. This lets your team track field exceptions at whatever level of detail makes sense for operations, while keeping the workforce data sync clean.

04

Feature 4

Project Level Budget Tracking For Operations

Operations sees Replicon labor data plus additional field costs in Matidor, by project and by site. Project managers do not need Replicon access to understand budget status. They see how each project tracks against its full budget at any time.

05

Feature 5

Multi-Site Portfolio Visibility

See all active project budgets on a live map. Filter by site, status, or budget health. Matidor gives your operations team the geographic context that Replicon's workforce dashboards cannot provide. Explore location intelligence

06

Feature 6

One Place For Third Party And Flow Through Costs

Use Matidor to capture third party and flow through costs that are not tracked in Replicon. Finance and workforce management keep their records clean. Operations keeps the full project budget picture complete. See how Matidor handles budget and cost control

Built For Mid-to-Large Operations Teams Already Running on Replicon

Field technician conducting GPS site survey with tablet – Matidor is a strong fit for teams managing multiple field sites
If Replicon is your workforce time tracking system and any of the following is true, this integration was built for your team.

Pain point list:
✓ Project managers track field costs separately because Replicon does not show the complete operational budget.
✓ Third party and flow through expenses are logged entirely outside your workforce management system.
✓ You manage multiple active sites and cannot easily see which ones are over budget without manual data pulling.
✓ Month-end surprises are common because field costs and workforce costs live in separate systems.
✓ Your finance team sees clean labor data, but operations has no single source of truth for full project spend.
✓ You have grown beyond manual reconciliation between Replicon time reports and field cost spreadsheets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Matidor replace Replicon?

No. Matidor complements Replicon. Replicon remains your system of record for project time tracking, workforce management, labor compliance, and payroll. Matidor uses data from Replicon to give your operations team live budget context and a place to track additional field costs that do not belong in a timesheet. Learn more about what Matidor does

How long does setup take?

Most organizations are live within one to two weeks. The Matidor onboarding team maps your Replicon project structures and cost codes, configures the default Labor and Expenses buckets for synced data, and validates the sync before go-live. The Enterprise plan includes guided implementation for the full platform.

What data syncs from Replicon into Matidor?

Replicon sends project time entries, labor hours, and project cost context into Matidor. By default, synced data is grouped into Labor and Expenses for clear budget views. Time entries, billing records, and compliance data remain in Replicon as the system of record. In Matidor, your team can also track additional costs not entered into Replicon, such as third party and flow through expenses, using any categories they define.

Can project managers see budget status without a Replicon license?

Yes. Project managers see real-time budget status in Matidor based on the labor data synced from Replicon plus any additional field costs tracked in Matidor. They do not need a Replicon seat to access the operational budget view in Matidor.

Is this available on Starter or Professional plans?

No. The Replicon integration is available on the Enterprise plan only. Starter is a standalone platform for teams getting off spreadsheets. Professional adds QuickBooks Online for teams that need accounting sync. Enterprise adds Replicon, Harvest, and Deltek Vantagepoint for organizations running more complex workforce and ERP stacks. See pricing

Can we track more granular cost categories than just Labor and Expenses?

Yes. By default, data synced from Replicon is grouped into Labor and Expenses in Matidor. If your cost code structure requires more detailed groupings, the Matidor development team can configure a custom integration that matches your Replicon project structure for imported data. Matidor-only costs, such as third party and flow through expenses, can already use any categories you define.

Does this work with Replicon's enterprise and global deployment?

Yes. The Matidor integration is designed for mid-to-large organizations running Replicon across multiple projects and teams. If your deployment involves complex global workforce structures or on-premise configurations, contact the Matidor team to discuss your specific setup.
