Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Calgary, Karve operates across a growing portfolio of wellsites in the Greater Provost area, with an active capital program and a dedicated focus on responsible operations, environmental stewardship, and meeting its asset retirement obligations on schedule.
With a decommissioning and reclamation liability of approximately $27.3 million CAD as of late 2025, Karve's sustainability function carries significant responsibility for managing remediation spend, coordinating field consultants, and keeping projects on track against mandatory regulatory timelines.
The Challenge
