Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Open a project in Matidor Go and tap the three dot menu in the upper right corner, then select Make available offline. Matidor downloads the information you need to your device, including workspace and project details, your assigned work, project layers, and map tiles around the project. If you need a larger area of the map, open the three dot menu again while offline and select Download more map area to expand coverage.
Once offline, a banner confirms your status. You can work with your downloaded information, create new work items, add files, and edit project details. Matidor stores your changes locally on your device. When you are back on a stable connection, tap Sync now to send your changes and files back to the project. After syncing completes, you can choose Disable Offline or Cancel to keep working offline.
From the Projects panel, offline projects are easy to spot. A green cloud with a check means everything is synced, with the last sync time shown below the project name. If changes are waiting to sync, Matidor shows a red warning and re-sync icon so you know action is needed. If your connection suddenly becomes unstable while working on a project that is not downloaded, Matidor automatically switches that project into offline mode to protect your work, saving your activity locally until you are connected again.
