Who This Is For

This video is for new Matidor Go users, field teams, project managers, and anyone getting started with the mobile app. It is also useful for team leads onboarding new field staff who need a quick reference for where key features live inside the app.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Open Matidor Go and take note of the bottom navigation bar, which is always available and gives access to four main areas: Home, Projects, Work, and Settings. On the Home screen, you will find Projects, My Tasks, and Mentions. Tap Projects to view all projects in your workspace, My Tasks to see work assigned to you, and Mentions to quickly find comments where you have been tagged.

Tap Projects, either from the navigation bar or the Home screen, to open the Projects area. Here you can filter projects by Portfolio, Template, Status, or Manager, or search using keywords. You can also access downloaded projects, synchronize offline work, and create a new project if your permissions allow.

Next is the Work area, accessible from the navigation bar or by tapping My Tasks on the Home screen. Filter work by Template, Status, or Manager, search by keywords, or turn off My Tasks Only to view all work items and subtasks across the workspace.

In Settings, you can switch between workspaces, update your account settings, and securely log out of the app. At the top right corner, the Search button makes it easy to quickly find projects, work items, or locations.

Collapse the navigation panel to reveal the map tools on the right, including Track Me, distance measuring, layer switching, and support contact. When inside a project, additional tools like Drawings and Project Layers become available as well.
