Once configured correctly, the status next to the Quickbooks title will update from Not Connected to Connected, confirming the link is live.
With the connection established, navigate to an existing project and open the Budget tab. When adding a new budget, you will now see an option to import Quickbooks budgets. A new dropdown called Quickbooks Online ID will appear, displaying all available customers and projects from your Quickbooks account. Use the search function to find specific entries quickly, then select one or multiple as needed.
After clicking Save, Matidor automatically pulls the selected customers or projects into the system along with their active labor and expenses.
